Yoga Courses – U Dee, “live well”
Morning yoga is taught at the Pun Pun Meeting hall at 7am every day. This session wraps up just in time for breakfast with the community members and other course participants.
Krits yoga style is inspired by Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions with a focus on listening to and understanding one’s own body.
